Hi! After pc reboot today, been trying several hours now but cannot recover the pokerstars error. Do not see problem with internet.

When I play on mobile, sometimes the PS software closes, but after a few minutes I can start it again.

Same problem. Suddendly, middle of spin and go example , anouced that"connectivity problem" and sowtfareshuts down.

Then i log in back to tables,its fine, until the next time.

I've got a different kind of problem. After updates, the PokerStars software does not start. I deleted it and reinstalled it. Then I decided to look at the quality of the connection to the site in the window. It was 100% everywhere. It turned out that Ukraine passed a law in my country to block gambling sites. Okay, I took a VPN. I still can't even download the program to the end. But everything works on my smartphone so far.

I dont know if this will help but you can try to change your DNS for the Google Public ones. Worked for me when my casino games were not loading.

I have everything works fine with pokerstars there are no problems at all and it doesn't happen so they think they work very well with their technical issues so I think they have no problem with that I hope you'll get better and the problems will go away

VPN is the last thing you should use, try to contact with the PS support, they have live chat as well. And follow their instructions.

As other members said, I did have this exact problem as well, and several restart of my laptop and the client it worked fine. ( I said several cause few times needed more than 1). But luckily never experienced this for a long time.

I can play pokker but cant get sportsbetting for a day and a half now. I just get logged off as soon as I enter the sports site

I have the same problem for maybe 3 months now! After I update pokerstars App.
I have no Idea if it's about country restriction or something else!

That started for me too after an update. Send msg to pokerstars support. They were able to fix for me.

Pokerstars already had very good support, but things haven't been the same. I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the system, and if the error persists, try to contact them through their website www.pokerstars.com
