PokerStars - connection to the server failed

Hello everyone,

yesterday and today I can't enter my pokerstars account at all. Connection to the server failed every time I tried to log in.

I wonder what it's all about.

Please tell me if you also have problems connecting to the server or no.

I found on the internet that a few people from Croatia left a comment that they had a problem with connecting, but I don't know if those comments are credible.
If there are any forum users from Croatia, I would be glad to read that I am not the only one with this problem.

I want to know the situation in other countries as well, so please leave the comment.

Sorry to hear about your issue.

I logged in this morning via mobile App on Pokerstars and had no problem (germany).

Yeah it's always something with Pokerstars lately, .... took 3 tries but it did
finally load just now👍

Hi my friend, it's a pity that you could not log in to your pokerstars account, but in my country there was no such problem yesterday and today. I'm from Kazakhstan and pokerstars works the same way as it worked without any problems, I think this is the only problem or I hope your country will have residents from your region answer later

I tried to login but I get a message saying the site is closed for maintenance (in canada at least).

Yes, I had the problem on both desktop and mobile client and I resolved it by entering DNS on my computer and mobile phone. It was three or four days ago (for me PS support resolved my issue by telling me what to do).

I would suggest that you wait for maintenance to finish and if you still cannot connect then try this:

I have W10.

Press Windows Button and key "R" and then you will open Run window. Write there control panel and press enter. Click "View network status and tasks". Then click "Change adapter settings".

After that select connection that you are connected to internet and right click and select properties. After that select internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click properties and then enter those numbers:

For mobile phone (Android) go to settings/Advanced/private DNS and enter dns.google and save.

That should resolve both connection issues on Windows and/or mobile clients.

Edit: Now I have realized that this message if from Saturday and I presume that you have already resolved your issue. Support confirmed that most players that are involved are from Croatia. I'll leave my post as is just in case anyone else needs it after the maintenance is over.

The site is currently down for maintenance so maybe they are sorting out an issue?

Yes, I had the same problem. It finally came back after 5 hours -- or maybe less, since I slept for 5 hours while waiting for the maintenance -- as @YLAN mentioned.

The site was down for maintenance now its working again
if you still have the same problem try to delete it and reinstall it , and don't forget to delete all old sources before installing

just had this issue(in Croatia) and steps helped,just one note you need to restart your windows to take effect,thx you orig. uploader,hvala zemljače!

this happens very rarely to me , but it doesnt bother me so much , cause i have the ACR experience , in comparison to ACR , Pokerstars is heaven lol . Even if you get disconnected once in a while . Not to be able to connect at all ?? maybe it has happened 3-4 times to me , very rarely
