I was told i was banned for 3 months and i freaked out because winning into live games is what i live for , and then now that i am medicated , depressed and angry as hell that they do this to me , i sent them a response telling them how angry depressed and medicated i was because of 2 weeks with no pokerstars and they then said that due to my depression they advise i dont play poker and i am no longer welcome at pokerstars or full tilt for life !
You pretty much asked for that. You spammed their email and essentially threatened to hurt yourself if they didn't give you your account back. Any company would be insane to continue to associate with you after that. It sucks, and it's very unfortunate that you were banned to begin with, but when you're dealing with a company that a) has your money and b) has the right to ban anyone for any reason, you should probably try to be as civil as possible with them.
They tried to be reasonable and give you three months, but you asked for more when you admitted to being addicted and bringing up liability issues.
Personally, given the situation, I'd have a hard time giving you benefit of the doubt without proof that you both live at the address (if I'm reading this correctly, your friend couldn't prove this because he was travelling). Three months may have been a little extreme if your history with them is as robust as you claim, but regardless, it was you that escalated it farther than it needed to go in the first place.
Good luck in the future, and get your addiction in check.
