Over the last few days we have received hundreds of reports of images not showing up at our tables - including yours. We would like to apologize for this inconvenience and reassure you that our programmers are working on identifying and addressing the issue.

Although we can not provide you with a time-frame for a resolution, we know how important it is for you and all other players, to get this issue fixed as soon as possible and are working towards doing so. Once resolved, we expect your currently approved image to show up at the tables.

In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

What I find curious is that you can see avis of other people and it's working just fine but can't see your own lol

Yeah, seems like it only affects certain people, don't know what causes it tho,
sometimes when I log in/join a table I see my avatar in a "flash".
Don't know if other people still see it or not, haven't bothered to ask.

Oh well, nothing to do but wait,
as long as my money stays put I'm not worried.

Thanks for copying the message over from PS Support. I too was wondering, but didn't send anything in. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the amalgamation with FullTilt. Sometimes I see my FullTilt avatar at PS tables, sometimes not. I resubmitted my PS image for approval, but after a couple of days the request just disappeared. I see a mix of PS and FT avatars at PS tables. Will just have to wait for them to sort it out I guess. Meanwhile I'm playing anonymously, so to speak. Possibly a good thing

I also received a similar letter. I even went back the avatar for a few hours, but then disappeared again

It's all about last wry update. You can try and roll back to previous version. And start application by just ***.exe, not ***update.exe as default.

I was really confused by this the other day , and noticed some at the tables were working while others were not . Mine being one of the ones that was not . Hopefully they get this fixed soon, because PS software is so far ahead of everyone else .

This has been happening slowly over the last couple of weeks, I noticed that it was first with the .net accounts then it was the .uk accounts, I don't see the .fr version so I don't know about them, and now about 2 days ago it was the .com accounts like I have, I too have a FT one now showing that I didn't select

It's got nothing to do with rolling back, I have no clue what wry update means.

I don't mind the avatar at Pokerstars is gone. It was an old picture of one of my kids. I have three kids now. I'd like a picture of them three to be the avatar. I'll upload it when it's possible again.

it is not necessary to remove the photos, the image is identified and you feel you present well

Thank you for clearing that out for me, i was wondering bout the same thing, first i thought mb my pic was somehow trade mark violation, and thats why they removed it, but then i saw it was happening with other players to, so now to find out that it was a fault on their side, relived so we have to just w8 for them ti fix the bug, and for me to have my favy pic again
