I was wondering how many of you guys remember the days when pokerstars hosted Sunday Million and the 1st place would get a car ( 1 Audi TT for the winner) ?

I remember when I first started playing poker they would give a car every single week to the winner of the Sunday Million as an added prize. Is there anyone that remember those days ?

I honestly don't remember the Audi as a prize but wouldn't that be another great perk to winning such a big tournament?! I did find this article on some of the history of the PokerStars Sunday Millions though.

But PS is now a Fiat Panda in comparison to GGpoker.

Regarding the Audi TT, I don't remember such a thing. Although I've been playing on PokerStars for 15 years. But I remember very well that it was possible to buy a Porsche for experience points! You had to collect 200,000 experience points, or even more.

Audi Special tournament here one of the special tournaments that they did. I remember they did this in 2009 and 2010 with some Romanian players win it and got covered by the local news

After they saw that they had success with this promotion they implemented it for the Sunday Million for couples of years back when the buy-in for it was $215.

Would be difficult to bring it back, since the Audi TT has recently gone out of production. But maybe they could give away an obese electric SUV instead

Once upon a time, you could even win a Lamborghini, perhaps at some tournament if I remember correctly.

You had the option to get the car or to receive $40000 that was the price of the car back then.
