The Pokerstars app won't open on my phone.

After yesterday's update at pokerstars, the App just won't open on my phone. Everything is fine on my computer, the update downloaded, the app opened and I was able to play. But for some reason, it doesn't work on my phone. I've already tried to uninstall the app completely and download it again, but it's no use. Maybe someone knows what the problem is and what I need to do to solve it? I would be very grateful for any information)

I'm having the same issue. I am able to open and play on the app thru my older phone Huawei. But on my new phone samsung a53 after the update it will just not open. It closes automatically 2 seconds after I select the app to open.

Same here. Mobile app used to work fine right before the last update. App downloads ok, installs ok, starts ok but then there is that infinite loading screen with logo. Tried downloading older versions but they just update and all repeats. Pokersatars.COM app and pokerstars.EU app behave the same (infinite loading). And the same as Eddie-II.0 app works on my older cheap phone and computer.
Phone Redmi Note 10. Android version 13. MIUI version 14.

Also wanted to add that app just stopped working on my old phone after updating itself (app version 3.62.21) and that I tried reinstalling the app and rebooting the phone.

I see a lot of complaints that now I don't play from my phone, I think maybe you have old phones that do not support the new version of the PokerStars application, you should find out if I wrote to those support on the official website, I think this is the problem since you all fell off pokerstars

It's possibly that what @Gallarado777 said , your phone might be too old to be compatible with the new update.

I would contact pokerstars.... I see someone above with a samsung a53 that pokerstars won't run on... that's a one year old phone so likely a PS issue!

How can samsung a53 be old if its release date is 2022? And my phone xiaomi redmi 10 (release date 2021)?

It works for me without problems after the latest update. In any case, contact them. They do that for safety. I expect them to respond quickly.

It does not work on my phone either, but through trial and error I launch it in this way: download the psiphon app to your phone, launch it, select the country austria or Serbia (others have not been), press start, after the application opens an advertising window in the browser, launch the Pokerstars app, after downloading, turn off psiphon and log in to your account and play. Previously, I stopped opening the application from the tablet. Or rather, it opened and sometimes even managed to log in, but everything slowed down a lot and it was impossible to open the tables.

I think that good work from a mobile phone may require high RAM, and even if the phone model is new, but there is not enough memory, then there may be problems.

For example, 3 or even 4 gigabytes of memory may be required. I don't really know the exact numbers for the requirements, I'm just guessing. Perhaps 2 GB of RAM is enough...

I don't know exactly what system requirements are needed, but it's interesting that I have a 2019 phone and everything works on it without Psiphon, half a year ago I changed it to samsung, which kept falling off the network and a few weeks ago I bought a new phone model of 2023 and the most interesting thing is that the application slows down very much during distribution, but as soon as you turn off the sound, everything becomes fine...
