Hi forum,

I still have my Sunday Milly ticket and just saw an interesting tournament on 7th January:
Mystery Bounty Sunday Million

I tried to look it up on the PS website but it does not seem to be available on the German page but instead I found this:

I'll see but thinking about giving it a try.

Would you opt for the regular SM or try the mystery bounty? 🤔

It's more variance dependent to get to the bounty zone, if it is like the ones that are offered by 888 Poker.
The bounty zone starts there (888) after blind level 17 so up to there no bounty and sometimes even no money
because it's not bubbling with that blind level.
I would register to normal SM perhaps you can catch 1 or 2 bounties with a won SM ticket.
Imo the best option.

I understood differently from the small piece of information but quickly had a look in the PS lobby now.

It clearly states (mystery) bounties only apply after ITM.

So you are right and we cannot win a bounty before ITM but also a bounty might be a lot more yummy if $50 goes to the bounty pool and already 80% of the field gone.... 🤑

The lottery train is running faster.
Only missing, making these tournaments hyper turbo with 1 minutes blinds.:ROFLMAO:

The mystery is that you don't know the bounty of the player until you knocked him out.

So basically another element of "luck" but also the chance to win big with.

Each site implements it differently.

Some sites basically have only KO jackpot and everyone plays bingo, even with rubbish hands.

I'm hoping to get into the Christmas Cracker at Aspers this year again. Last year I qualified but didn't make Day 2 when the bounties start....maybe this time.

Having never made a big online Day 2, I'd have to say I would prefer to play normal Sunday Million.

A thought I did have which may need looking into is that maybe Day 2 breaks earlier in this tourney than for the usual Sunday Million. Players usually get in the money on Day 1 of a standard SM right? Ok I re read the thread. So its just getting ITM rather than making a day 2.

I think I would like to play this Mystery bounty......essentially its a standard tourney until the money. Maybe a slightly bigger incentive to build a stack rather than limp into the money!! I'd love to get to pull a mystery bounty in any format!!

This post is basically what goes on in my brain. Up down, backwards and forwards!! :ROFLMAO:
