I guess if you subscribe to the whole rigged theory on poker sites you could attribute lucky turns and rivers to something the site has done but then if you believed that they would cheat you then why would you play there?

As far as I'm aware updates don't change bad players calling or betting

I usually tell people that online poker and live poker bad beats are 1:1. The reason online bad beats seem to happen at a higher frequency is volume per hour. The amount of hands you play per hour online is much higher so you will see more bad beats. But the percentages remain the same.

I know it sure does feel like it sometimes but you have to ask yourself why would they risk their reputation to fix a micro stakes game when they are making millions of dollars every day.

Who is they? We don't even know who made the card generation software. Could be anyone behind it, if it truly is not random.
