their support has become one of the worst in the business. sometimes they replied me after like one or two months. years ago they were the absolute best, they replied in a few hours or maximum 1 or 2 days.

Last week i had a direktly Mail , to oranize Thing by German Law and changes--1 hour later all was finished!

My PokerStars account was frozen without any explanation. I emailed PokerStars but no reply yet. Any ideas why that happened and how to fix it?

thats nice for you and probably had to do with the new laws. trust me, normally their support is as slow and bad as it gets. if you not believe me i recommend reading also other forums. a lot of complaints everywhere. sometimes they answered like 3 months later to some people.

It is forbidden to register more than one game account. You will then be blocked for breaking the rules. Wait for the support's decision and don't worry if you have good intentions. They now answer letters for a very long time. Be patient. Good luck.
