PokerStars $1 Million Freeroll July 17

I usually make it a point to stay away from these all-in shootouts (since they make no poker sense) but a million bucks is a million bucks, so I'm in tonight's lotto. Thanks for the heads-up. I don't usually read the ads, so I wouldn't have noticed this otherwise.

I m in .In first milion there was 50 k players if i remember well,and places paid 40 k and something .Mostly players was been sitout,and minimum paid was over 10$

I was posting about this another thread the other day.

Last time, there were 36964 players and 36549 places were paid (98.887%). Minimum cash was $12.50.

I finished 1966th for $65.50.

This tourney is going to be more difficult with 89k players from the shootouts and the qualifier, plus new depositors in this one. Based on 75k being paid- minimum cash this time is $5.00. In order to win $59.40 this time, I need to place 720-836.

Well at least "winning" a ticket isn't really difficult to do.

Play one real money hand of a cash game or play one real money tourney.

This tourney is going to be more difficult with 89k players from the shootouts and the qualifier, plus new depositors in this one.

There will probably be 100K players so the real $ buyin value will be the equivalent of a $10 buyin tourney.

However there will be some sitouts adding to that value.

But lucky as I am there will probably be an aggro player at my table that wants all the sitouts for himself.

Well, thats just to be able to play in the daily allin shootout. Each shootout awards 8192 entries to the $1M Freeroll, though. But I agree, I still wish there would be less players in the freeroll.

On July 16 there will be a "skill event" to qualify for the tourney. Maybe you'll get in there.

As for the donkey fest... Well I'm a donk so I should do well.

Well, thats just to be able to play in the daily allin shootout. Each shootout awards 8192 entries to the $1M Freeroll, though. But I agree, I still wish there would be less players in the freeroll.

And I wish qualification process would have a little more sense. Now it's more about luck than anything else. Playing one hand or one tournament is easy and these shootout are just lottery, which I can't yet win by the way. Hope I'll make it in the rest days, I still can try 5 times more.

No, I manually color code all cc members that play in the 15+ and FRC tourneys, so all I have to do is look for the players that have a purple box next to their name in the allin shootut results. I just hit page down until I see a purple box. Only takes about 10 minutes. Copy pasting to this thread takes longest.
