After reading through these comments a couple of nights ago I decided to play the Deal for the first time, only won 1 coin but logged in today to find an extra $5 or 6 in my account so thanks guys!

Got to time it right when the jackpot get big play every 12 hours and when it hits you win the prize. We got around 5.40 on Sunday sweet value for a few coins.

Wow.. That is why I love cardschat really. You could exchange coins for cash? Didnt know that. Also so many players playing The Deal i find it absurd, but do you get a cut if someone hit a jackpot? Really, where else could I find so much useful info?

To answer the question I just convert it to either big spin n goes or tourneys.

I use my coins to play the deal once every 12 hours whenever the deal jackpot goes over 100k. Get a share of the prizepool that way.

PS seems to be rather stingy with the coins lately.
I managed to open 4 chests this week, which is good for me since I'm just playing .01/.02 and rarely more than 2 tables and sometimes just 1.

My last 4 chests have yielded...

9 coins, a $5k weekly freeroll ticket and another PSPC sit and go ticket

7 coins, nothing else.

8 coins, nothing else.

8 coins, nothing else.

The deal every 12 hrs.
Normally I start doing that when the jackpot is around 100K.
Sofar my estimated guess is it rewarded me about $50 in total.
The nice part is, every try playing the deal it costs 7 coins, but every now and than you'll win some back by making a hand.

I was lucky because I started again playing the deal yesterday evening.
Payed 7 coins and made a pair, so basically costed me 5 coins.
Played again this morning and made a full house 3s full of 4s which rewarded me $5.
So using 12 coins total rewarded me $5 and if the jackpot hits within the next 12 hours I'll have my share of it.

To bad I draw the wrong cards because one of the 2 cards I draw was the 4th three, so I could have had quads for a winning of $30.

Still, $5 having used 12 coins ain't bad.

To buy something worthwhile you need a lot of coins for a newcomer to collect them extremely difficult for this there is nothing I do not buy except for some mini tournaments ..

+++ Completely agree. From these coffins drops so few of coins ( 7 or 9 for me ) that it is impossible to collect even 1000 coins to exchange them for minimum cash in the form of $10. It remains only to play in this "the deal"
