Poker Rewards.COm ?

Anybody play or have comments on this poker room. They offer lots of free stuff on their site, which makes me concerned about going there. Kind of like "nothing is free". Maybe it is just a promotion, but before wasting my time with em, I am hoping somebody can tell me how legit they are.

Play there regularly.
Standard microgaming fare, with maybe a few extras.

They're a fairly decent, but small, site. They don't take new US customers since they are on the Microgaming network. The poker poker room manager occasionally sends out an email just before the weekend with freeroll/tourney information that is for just their skin, occasional contests, things like that.
