I play almost entirely online mostly because I like the convenience of playing in my PJs :)

On occasion, I play at brick and mortor (B&M) casinos but I have problems with "live" play. online poker doesn't allow me to read players in the traditional sense so I'm reserved to scrutinize betting patterns and things for that nature.

Given the fact I do not go to B&M casinos enough, does anyone have a suggestion on how to become better at reading players when they are sitting across the table? I am looking for something greater than "tells" as I understand those basics but rather a 101 way to adapt from online to the real felt.
