I just wanted to mention something.
I noticed (yesterday) that the player I was referring to was actually asking for input on his discord so that he could take it to a meeting at 888 as they were asking him for some input. This is all great stuff. So glad to see they're using him for this.

I have been back and forth with customer support regarding last weeks rakeback promotion. 888 was offering up to 50% rakeback for 2 weeks, I received the rakeback for the first week. The second week I qualified for 50% rakeback and never received an email or the rakeback. This is over $500. Customer support is saying that if I don’t receive the email until tomorrow, unfortunately I will not get rakeback. I have hand histories to prove rake paid, everyone in a discord group in part of got their rakeback, but not me.

i cant download 888 Poker on computer

i downloaded it in laptop but cant play any game / cant register . i dont remember what it says but are players from germany not allowed to play anymore or something ?

Hi Baldy,
On my computer I need to turn my anti-virus off every time I try to open the 888poker site. (McAfee,. it will block it).

I noticed this week that ALL of my player notes & color tags have disappeared on 888poker. Has this happened for other players this week too?

I have been back and forth with customer support regarding last weeks rakeback promotion. 888 was offering up to 50% rakeback for 2 weeks, I received the rakeback for the first week. The second week I qualified for 50% rakeback and never received an email or the rakeback. This is over $500. Customer support is saying that if I don’t receive the email until tomorrow, unfortunately I will not get rakeback. I have hand histories to prove rake paid, everyone in a discord group in part of got their rakeback, but not me.

1. I received the original email stating the promotion would run for 2 weeks, between 10/04 and 23/04.

2. I received a payment regarding the first week’s rakeback on Wednesday 19/04

3. Apart from ramping up the volume to achieve the 50% rakeback threshold, I have done nothing different that would make me ineligible for the second week.

4. I contacted 888 support on Wednesday 26/04 with plenty of time for the issue to be resolved within the 7 day window.

If I am not paid the rakeback, in effect 888 is just lying to its customers, starting promotions to ramp up the traffic to then just not honour them.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Much appreciated!
I've been playing some MTT's on 888 lately & hope to continue. Honestly a lot of this is due to the new 888 streamer on Twitch, Aaron Barone >>> abarone68. I think he will do great things for the site! (super good guy & REALLY knows his stuff as far as MTT's, SNG's, & SPINS go).

I just got a mail saying it has been sorted out for you so you should have been paid it already.

Sometimes there's an issue at the beginning of the month that the freerolls are not set up in time.

Let's hope it will appear in the next hour, otherwise hopefully for tomorrow

Yep for me they are, and confirmed by e-mail.
So I might withdraw and go somewhere else, sometimes tournaments just takes too long time.

Already withdrawn and moved funds to party poker. I really don’t understand the motive behind this. Maybe the increasing numbers of bots and SNG being a prime game format?

Hey All

Today we removed our SNG offering from .COM client.

This was a business decision based on the fact that we prefer to centralize our liquidity in more popular games, thus improving the player experience and having shorter waiting times for games to start. CRM have communicated this to players.

Players can continue to enjoy our Blast games, which are a form of SNG themselves, as well all of our other great MTT and cash offering.
