No longer elligible for 888 promotions.

I recently received an email from 888 informing me that following an account review, I am no longer elligible for any offers or promotions.

Does anbody know if there is anything I can do to get them back ?

I've had the same thing for two years now, play where they let you play. I probably collected a lot of bonuses, so we decided that's enough. I don't want to upset you, but this decision doesn't seem to be changing.

Its because in their view u abused bonuses in casino/sportsbetting/poker whatever they offer. Once their operations team made that decision there is basically no way they will take it back.
U can write as many emails as u want and tell us how innocent u are, it does not matter.

Now I can't even use my rewards points. I'm planning to chat with them, I let you know if they tell me something useful.
