Friends, anybody here knows if PokerStars changed their policy to release the bônus from any promotion in the last weeks! Because in the last months I was releasing my bônus in a 1x1 ratio for each $ in buy-ins played and also 1x1 for each $ earned in MTTs or Spin&GOs however this week I am just releasing the portion of earnings but not for the $ spent in the buy-ins!

Anybody knows why the support of PokerStars does not reply none of my messages asking for a clarification about the system of releasing of bônus as 1 month ago I was getting free each $1 used in buy-ins as well as the prizes earned but now the Money used in buy-ins are not released anymore... And the support of PS was good in the past and were used to reply in 1 hour but now in 2 days without any single answer for my 2 messages! Thats is why partypoker is becoming much better than Pokerstars!

As much i know then that starcode you're referring to gives play money chips just like that pop-up said ... However i'm not sure how many chips that code gives but i assume it's somewhere over 10K ... And i doubt that your free chips balance is empty ... Therefore like i said these chips are for any play money activity - cash game or tournament or sit n go or whatever
