Need help about Stars.

I am having a problem with Stars. It keeps disconnecting me during play and reconnecting me when the time bank is activated. I've removed it and downloaded it once already and that didn't help. No other programs are doing this on my computer. Any suggestions? Or is anyone else having this problem?

I used to have the same problem. I emailed them and they told me the connection problem wasn't on my end and it wasn't on theirs it was somewhere in between. The had me unplug my cable modem for 5 seconds to reset the connection. It seemed to work.

That sounds like tht might be the problem. We just had some trouble with the cable right before this happened. Didn't even think of that. I'll give it a try. (right after my game). Thanks Jim

i always have this problem i thought it was either because of my dial up or that their severs were busy with so many people on that site

Well I tried what you said Jim. It worked fine for about 15 minutes then boom, disconnect. But not as bad as the last time. I have a wireless connection. I think I'm going to have to disconnect the main wire. I just did the wireless router.

What I do is disconnect the router, then the main modem. Then I reconnect the router and then the modem. I actually had to do this just this morning. (you jinxed me )
