for me it did but keep in mind after reinstall you have to update all your settings again, so deleting some folders might be a better option.....

Same problem here - my PC basically filled right up and I could no longer use any other program.

Uninstalled and reinstalled. Seems to work, now to figure out how to adjust all my settings again!

When you reinstall - to save your settings - just please read the answer Stars earlier in this topic. Or write to official email support Stars the caliper to obtain instructions and a link to the latest software
