Hi, I've been playing online for a while and would like to try 1/2 nl in Montreal. I just have three questions:
Which is the best casino (softest games, lowest rake, etc.)?
When and how much do you have to tip the dealers?
How hard is it to beat the rake (assuming I'm a winning .05/.10 nl player online)?
