Legality of pokerstars.eu among eu countries

Hi, is there any official list of countries where it is legal to play on pokerstars.eu? I mean not only the availability of the site, but also legality when it comes to withdraw and eventually pay taxes, if its necessary. If there is not list, maybe you know wich countries closest to Poland allow to play on pokerstars.eu (exactly eu, not local varieties)?

If you are thinking about using VPN to hide your location, then dont. PokerStars crack down hard on this, and you might face problems, when you want to withdraw winnings.

Don’t have two accounts

I received a message saying I have 2 accounts and to my knowledge that is not the case. Either someone hacked my email or the information is incorrect. Any ideas on how to remedy this? ty in advance

Talk to them and explain that you only have the one account that you know of

Or

You could ask them to consolidate both accounts into the one account that you know you have access to.

As far as I know, players from Italy cannot play on pokerstars.es !!! For players from Italy there is a separate site pokerstars.it !!! Almost all players who can legally play at pokerstars.com have legal access to the pokerstars.es site !!!
