Worst poker site ever, they literally removed my 41$ bonus from my bonus balance,a few days ago I asked them to remove my deposit bonus I even explained to them that one bonus where you get like 150 free spins and 25% rake back,i want that option removed they told me no problem, keep in mind I haven't made a single deposit yet, they just look at my 41$ that I won from playing 2 free rolls tournament and they then removed that,at that time I was talking to a woman from their costumer service I then immediately send another mail asking them what they have done,now I'm taking to another person this person literally reads my mail and then asked me if I'm sure that I want to remove my deposit bonus,he tells me if I do that I'll lose my Free spins and so on.the first person that I was talking to mistook my 41$ that I won from Free rolls for my deposit bonus, how can that be my deposit bonus if I never made a deposit? the other costumer service members saw this but refuse to give me my money back, they are literally telling me that they messed up but won't refund me anyone who doesn't believe me can email me then I'll show you screenshots of those emails, I'll even forward them to you if you want, this site is full with scammers I'm happy that I didn't make a deposit yet, nothing but scammers,the entire company is a whole scam, instead of owning up to their mistakes, they tell me that they won't give me my money back.if You're reading this stay away from that scam site called jack poker.
