Lol I have not read anything in this thread but I know of things based on the few posts by op I have seen that the following are most likely through

1) He has probably multiaccounted

2) Colluded

3) Had people play on his account for him

4) Deposited money he did not have on several different accounts etc

5) should be banned and money distributed to the players of that tournament

Also, why did his friends accounts get suspended? People just don't get their accounts blocked for no reason. Something other than his banking problems would have had to occur.

Stupid thing to do..if you win $16K then you have to make sure you have the money to credit the original $500 deposit, if not, it is fraude because it wasn´t your money.

Like someone posted before...you have to clear up your priorities, first you pay the bills and then you deposit for poker.

I think it is more he just disagrees with all the hate toward the OP when the OP has not proven to be a scammer....yet.
They deducted the deposit from his winnings and are now verifying his account, why no wait to see what happens.
imo he made a mistake and I am sure learned from it.

Dude, he floated a check, and let his gf play on his account, which could very well be ignorance.
I am not saying he is a saint, but ppl do make mistakes and I think he may have learned.
When I first started playing I had no idea how serious some stuff was till I joined here, like colluding, and as soon as I realized how serious it was I told my friend I will not tell her my hole cards over im anymore, she won't play with me anymore, lol.
But, I really had no idea the seriousness of it.

I am counting on him not to prove me wrong. His account was not suspended out of the blue like the normal pos scammers that join.
He tried to float a check and missed...it happens.
I could be wrong, but I think he deserves at least the benefit of the doubt. I would not stick up for OP so strongly if ppl were not coming down so hard.
