I emailed them just after noon today. I'm still waiting to here back from them. For some reason I don't expect to hear back until I send a second message. Something about intertops support. They usually resolve my issues to my satisfaction, but I always have to raise a little hell before they get me in touch with someone who can help.

I emailed them for step 2 because I didn't get the newsletter and they sent me step 3 then I emailed right back asking for step 2 and they sent it to me right away all happened in a couple of hours great service

Intertops is pretty fast,it takes about 10 days or so..

I have emailed intertops 2 times now,with no answer..I usually get a monthly letter from tops,but nothing yet...bummer

Intertops just replied to one of my email about 7-8 minutes ago..so if they don't answer in 20 minutes..zap them another email..Theres only 134 registered so far...perhaps they counted on the mail being faster...
