Me too, thought it was worthwhile with the anniversary freerolls but if there site does not even support Windows 10 for the client if that is the issue that is quite shocking.

However I found if you sign up through https://intertops.eu/ it has the option of both the client and a browser session and the browser seems to work for me or try this URL:-

i had same issue - could not get it to work - until i tried the webbrowser alternative. That works fine, i just got issues withdrawing my winnings 😂

the mobile version - i can only see cashgames and tournaments with buy-in strictly higher than 0 - not sure why and if i sign up for freeroll on webbrowser and switch to mobile it has not registered it, or atleast i am unable to play or see the table on my mobile. switching back to webbrowser log in the tournament just pop up.

but ok guessing not that many on for annivesary CC tournament - so hopefully i can make a good performance😀

It's so difficult to get to play actual poker on this site. I cant even figure out how to turn my bankroll into poker deposit. They want you to play their casino games, but the flash downloader crashes, plus there are two separate casinos or something. Too much work. 3rd time trying to figure it out, i usually just end up dumping my money on craps, still haven't figured out how to put money on my poker wallet or whatever.

A deposit should instantly show in your poker wallet.. When I deposit I instantly can play. I dont need to transfer funds etc.

This is not the best room. You will need to play for the money that you won in the freeroll before you are allowed to withdraw them. Think about whether you want to do this.

The 3 I play here in the US, if you utilize a "promotion" like fund matching, signup bonus, or freerolls, you have to fulfill some crap to be able to withdraw.

I don’t know another room where you need to play for money won in the freeroll. Play after I made a deposit, yes, I know; bonus money - yes. But the money from the freerolls .... I'm not complaining. We play by the rules that the rooms establish. It’s just strange to me. This is not a standard.
