For me, I have to go to Sportsbook to see my full balance. The Poker Balance is set at a certain daily limit... and any balance above that amount is moved to the Sportsbook. I have never really looked into why it works that way, as my daily limit is sufficient for my daily poker needs, but it is higher than $10. If I lose $5 playing poker one day, the next day money is moved from my Sportsbook account to replenish my poker account to that "preset" daily amount. On the flipside, if I win $5, my poker balance stays unchanged, and the $5 is moved to the Sportsbook balance.

You have a limited game limit. You need to make a deposit, verify the account and ask to increase the limits in the chat.
