This site which has been in development for several years (at least as far back as 2011) is currently running a soft beta launch for cash game play for US and ROW players. US Players can only deposit and withdraw in BitCoin.
They are currently offering a free $50 in your account, but you can only withdraw the profit above $50 until a certain 'Point Level' is achieved. (you do not need to enter any offer code, etc to get the $50) Not a lot of people are playing, but I have seen confirmation that withdrawals have been completed timely. It seems a good place to jump in and grind out $25, $50 maybe $100 or more and get some quick profit in your pocket.
