In the event of server crashes?

I was playing a 10 man Sit&go on Titan and the server crashed during the bubble....down to the final 4 and i knew something was up when one players status changed to 'sitout'...then it froze and forced me to sitout before crashing completly.

So sometime later im able to log back on only to discover I had finished 4th....it seems pretty unfair to me but is there even any come back? Or is it just tough shit? My internet connection was stable during the whole time, so that wasnt a factor.

I know at Full Tilt and Stars if you email support and give them the tournament ID, and it is a problem on their part, they will refund your buy-in. I've never played on Titan, but the best bet would be to email support and explain the situation.
