I have used ignition for a while now, and even tolerate its occasional server glitches that are quick to register you for a tourney, but may not let you take your seat until multiple hands have been dealt. But this last week has been totally frustrating. As soon as I login to the client, it opens a web page saying there's an "outage" and they're working hard on it.
Unfortunately, this has been going on for multiple days. If I go directly to their website, it shows the home page for a second, then the "outage" message. Same with contacting support, two seconds of the page, then the "outage" message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple time to no avail.
The worrisome part is that you can see in the client that their are sit-n-go tournaments actively being registered for and running. So this "outage" appears to be very specific with no way to resolve. Any suggestions?
