I have been successfully depositing with ignition since August 2016 with bitcoin. My most recent successful btc deposit was Jan 18th. Now, for some odd reason I cannot make deposits anymore. It just says "Unfortunately your deposit attempt was declined". I've called them and all they says is that my account is fine, so it must be a technical issue on my end. I tried every browser and device I could think of, different IP, different location. I was at my wit's end. So I went to my buddy's house, who also plays Ignition. He made a deposit via BTC, from his PC. He logged out, I logged in, and still couldn't make a deposit via BTC.
Has anyone ever had an issue similar to this, and furthermore if you have how did you resolve it? Because Ignition customer service and the accounts team are absolutely useless.
