Well I tried to log-in to ignition a little while ago and a blank window came up. So I went to the web-site and another window came up stating that it is currently unavailable in my area. I wonder if it has anything to do w/the reverse ruling of the 2011 wire act "opinion"? Another site runs away w/some of my $$$. All I can do is look in the mirror and say 'I told me so'. This crap is getting so old. I've now lost over $700 due to issues like this. I thought we (U.S. citizens) were entitled to prosperity and the pursuit of happiness? Once again we are free to do as we are told. What a fkng shame...

So that poker site is no longer available to US players is what your saying man that sucks.
Your $700 is just suck on the site and you can get it out not even by call customer service?
I'm sure there is a way of getting that money off that site for you if you tired? Congress and the House of Representatives needs to get it together and say online poker is a game of skill and get it leagalized in the US . All these poker sites would come back online and the game of poker would come back to life if they did and there would be so much money to be made out there.

Ignition is available to most U.S. folks. Why this fellow makes a post like this with no follow-up is shameful.

I got same problem when I opened the client and same message when I tried to log-in on their site. After enabling flash player on their website, it worked fine and I was able to log in. I also later found out that the client was down due to maintenance. It was up and running a few hours later.

Are you still unable to log in?

My ignition client just needed to update is all. Its up and running just fine. If you still have problems uninstall the program re-install and let it update. If that doesn't work call customer service.

I just went to site, had 4 to 6 minute update, then had to pick pictures where a stair was in them. Then I was in. So they are still there,

Thanks for sharing this with us. Are you still unable to log in? I was actually planning to start playing on there but I don't want to end up getting locked out after building my bankroll. Did you try calling them? Please update us on this issue. :frown:

I've lost $700, in total, due to issues of this nature; when a site decides to not offer service in a certain area anymore or just shuts down and becomes non-compliant. Lock Poker was the biggest loss, so far, of a site dicking me out of money ($300). pokerstars and Absolute/UB were shut down by the DOJ. My Fulltilt acct. was already drained by then. I've had "e-wallet" accounts that were shut down and deemed inaccessible prior to April 15, 2011, and these were funding Merge sites at that time.
I was just upset when I posted this thread. I haven't been back to Ignition since, although I feel I should go over and check it out. Thanx for everyone who posted and seemed concerned about this "could/would be" issue.

You claimed ignition bailed on you and you don't have access yet you have not tried to log in for 3 weeks? Also you never stated what state you were located. That could get you some feedback but hell if you have not tried that's on you.

After 3 attempts I was finally able to download. After 4 attempts I was actually able to log in; and if truth be told I forgot about Ignition until I received an email about comments to this thread. I've been taking advantage of other sites/games offered here.
I just find it odd that this particular site is the only one that requires multiple attempts to access the software before success is achieved, this being my personal experience, so far. I like playing at this site because it's challenging so I suppose that's why I miss it and get pissed/discouraged when I can't play, for what ever reason.

I stated that Ignition bailed on me because when this happens there's no warning, no window telling me the site is down, no email, nothing. It just gets annoying.

Ignition Deposits

I'm trying to check ignition out and created an account the other day. I tried depositing with my international prepaid NetSpend card and was declined. I then was going to do btc... But the option was gone. I contacted them and was told that I had to make deposit with card first before I could deposit with btc. I am extremely dumbfounded by this and still don't think it's a real policy that they would enforce. Please confirm or deny this is their policy. I'm starting to think it's a fake site and ransomware is coming soon. Help me stay sane.
