how somebody can be baned?
banks say who pays, I paid for three people it was 12-13 years ago, in Russia then online payment was a rarity people couldn’t do it on their own, I didn’t know that I can pay only for myself, and this is considered a multi-account.

I think as Tammy says it depends on whether you were using them to cheat or not. I think using them to perhaps scam more welcome bonus or something is more acceptable and they may forgive that whereas using them to cheat probably not but you can still ask.

You did wrong , whether you knew it or not. I doubt very much if Stars would ever reinstate you. Multiple accounts are a no-no.( because others HAVE cheated doing this,) As others have said find another site to play on and please respect their rules.

If enough time has passed, then I think they may be willing to consider reinstatement if you write a well written apology. Especially if you play higher stakes.

Change your real residence address and create a new account with a new address, new email or just play in other poker rooms. Good luck

Usually u need to contact them and they will give you alternatives if the ban wasn't permanent. Anyway they seem to be friendly so it can be solved with a bit of insistence, but Do not make another account. This will result in permanent ban if you didn't have yet after making another account u will have it for sure

The best thing you can do is write to support and explain to them your situation in a breifly manner and ask for consideration in your case and promise to not repeatedly doing the same mistake in the future:)

You need to write in support many times and clarify all the nuances of your situation. There are times when an account is blocked for life. I had situations when I had to correspond with support for 3-4 days, and as a result, all my questions were successfully resolved. I wish you good luck and most importantly do not be afraid to write in support, to achieve your goal.

I had no such problems with my accounts. I think that if a player is conscientious, honest and does not violate the rules then he has nothing to worry about.

If you were banned for just having multiple accounts, then talk with them and they will most likely let you play again but just have 1 account and the rest will be banned. If you were caught using multi accounts to collude or cheat in anyway then no, you will be banned for life and rightly so.

I'd wait until he's cleared again. I gathered my thoughts and deceived them.

Email Them and close all the multi accounts. Usually they want you to jump thru a couple of hoops. Like email your ID to them.

I don't know man, write to support or change poker room if you are banned forever. You can try to make another account with other ip but it's risky.[/I think these problems are not connected with the railway bridge in any wayBut unfortunately there is a political subtext

I had 2 accounts at one stage. One I had set up just to do play money but I started using it for freerolls and won some cash (I was having more success with a different name). Pretty sure they forced me to close one account but allowed me to choose which one to keep. At one time there wasn't anything in place preventing you from creating multiple accounts and it only got flagged up when the account was upgraded to a real money account. I still have 2 accounts in party poker, one real money and one play money.

I wonder how many players who open multiple accounts use this same 'excuse'. Read the terms of service prior to opening any account and playing on any site. Break the rules - face the consequences.

I've never played on pokerstars - so I've never hand the opportunity to open multiple accounts against the terms of service.
What NON-cheater reason would someone open multiple accounts for, besides the one OP stated?
I can imagine at least 5 nefarious reasons to open up multiple accounts. Besides the 'reason' OP stated - I can only think of one logical good reason why someone would have multiple accounts, and that is possibly because PS merged or bought out other client sites, and people had different accounts on those different clients.

What was the reason you had multiple accounts millya?

I would have thought one popular reason is to abuse new player bonuses. While an abuse of TOS, this I would be least concerned with as it is not cheating other players. Opening to play multi accounts at the same time is clear cheating.
