I'm not entirely sure what you mean here. but welcome to the forum anyway.

Are you asking what poker site to play on for new players? As the would be GG poker, due to the daily giveaway. SO overtime even a new player will win some cash to play with in other games

A good app has the best image quality for new players
Every poker room offers an App version on smartphones. They are all available and freely accessible. But if you want the pokerstars app, you need to contact their support team to have them send you a link to the cash app. Since they only have a mobile app freely available for playing for conditional chips. :D

Pokerstars offers an option of playing for play money. I think that's what you're asking. Replay poker also is a play money site.

Certainly 888. After you make a deposit, you may play a lot of freerolls.

There is no reason to not try out multiple sites and see which you like the most.

If you have a question about a specific site, just ask- someone on CC has bound to have played there.

Just make sure the site has a withdrawal option that you like.

It depends. If you wanna play tourneys, I would suggest 888. But if wanna start with sit and go, what is an interesting idea, Partypoker or Pokerstars.

for the freerolls I recommend 888 Poker, which country do you live in, the question is why in some countries there are restrictions, Ah, I saw on your profile, is it in Thailand?

If you want to play poker to see how the game works and get familiar with it, I recommend PokerStars. Because there's a lot of activity with people in the rooms playing with play money. However, keep in mind that they'll be playing randomly, so it can't be compared to a serious table.
