What game do you play? It will be different for ring, sng, mtt etc. As far as bonuses go, I have read that a number of sites are doing pretty nice offers at the moment, but this is hearsay on my part. But depending on your favorite format, each site will have its +s and -s. So give some more detail, and you may get more info.
