they aren't going to open your account unless you move far away from your dad ( i.e going to uni /new job etc ) . about the only option you have is to put it in writing that if your dad does get into your account and loses money that you will indemnify them so that they will not be responsible for any losses along withany measures that you'll take to prevent him accessing your account , such as using RSA key for logins and removing that from the computer when not in use and use stars pin and potentially sms login verification all to provide extra levels of login security to prevent your dad from loging onto your account. It will be a pain in the bum , but something you'll just have to accept as the price of hopefully getting your account back.

wait! sry,,,Fingerprint technology?

can't remember the term for it , but essentially they read the computer chip details so they know which computer/mobile etc was connected. i.e if mum dad son and aunt ethel all logged in on he same computer and played the same tournament after the previous one busted there's a high chance that it was the same person multiaccounting.

Download Fulltilt poker from the Web and make sure you use unknown sources in settings for android. You cannot get it through Google play. It should have both real money and play money. It's basically the same version as pokerstars.

so your advice is that he should break stars terms and conditions. If stars discover this new acccount and seize any funds in it as they are entitled to do under their terms and conditions that you agree to when opening a new account , will you agree to refund his seized funds? If not then don't advise someone to to break a sites terms and conditions.

exactly , so you know that you are telling him to break stars terms and conditions by opening another pokerstars owned account especially as full tilt and stars accounts were merged together

I'd strongly advise not setting up a second account. Imagine if you won the Sunday Millions or something and they refused to pay because you had a duplicate account. Play it straight!

and is one of those accounts restricted ? NO ... because if one is restricted the other one will be restricted as well.

pokerstars have told him that they won't let him play on his stars account in case it allows his father to play when he has declared a gambling problem to them , WHy on earth do you think that they'd then happily let him play on full tilt and expose them to the same risk of his father gambling on his account and then trying to get his losses back by claiming he was self excluded for gambling reasons and stars should have taken reasonable steps to prevent him getting access to gambling.

This is down to stars having to satisfy their regulators that they take a tough stance once people declare a gambling problem. Until you know what you are talking about you should not give bad advise , or indemnify them if they follow your advise to circumvent the sites restrictions and pay them any of their funds seized as a result.

Usually when I email poker stars support - they are very quick to reply and solve any issues , I am sure they will help if you explain to them what happened , otherwise they only allow one account , support@starsaccount.com

This is contrary to the site policy. They will never allow such an action.

Many years ago create an account in pokerstar and the user ClikPoker, I had many problems that moved me away from online poker. When I try to return my account was blocked. The first thing I did was to get in touch with the support people, send them my ID and everything they asked me for, however, apparently they had released the nickname and another person used it. So it was that they sujiriados to create another account from scratch.

My recommendation, contact them first of all, because it is forbidden to have two accounts, they will give you the necessary information to reactivate the account or create a new one.

You can not have more than one account, and you can not use your bank accounts to deposit in other accounts when you already did in one, I recommend you speak to support and communicate that it was a mistake
