I agree this entire thing is partially my bank being nosey ****suckers lol I'm pretty sure the check has already been cashed and cleared.. WEIRD!! Anyways ya I think I'm going to do that after 6 months because I believe after that the bank legally has 2 either return the check or give the money.. It just sucks because the check is from online poker and I have no legal ground to stand on because I knew it was illegal to deposit money into my account from online gaming..
I feel your pain brother like a lot of people i was a "victim" of Black Friday & although it was not for quite the same money i know how you feel,i find it incredulous your experience with that sites "no" support team & for what it's worth imo your doing the right thing in making a noise they have left you with no alternative. In my own experience the worst thing is the shattered trust, you wanna play the game you love but are wary of where you put your money no matter how recommended they come...Good luck in your efforts to get your message out there & you have come to the right place...go wellFacts
I created an account at work.
My boss previously played poker on Bovada.
I deposited 400 turned it into 23,700.
They verified my account to make withdraws after the first week when I had it up to about 8000.
2 days ago when account was at its high point, they froze it.
I called in.
Thy said they would call me with 24 hours.
25 hours later I called back, talked to Nicole (in their security department)
She said a lot, one thing that stuck out was when she said that. Me and they player that was banned had identical voices. She said she listened to a recording (over a year ago). Of m boss and me, and we sounded identical. We sound as different as vanilla is to chocolate. At that point I knew she was lying, and I knew I was in for.
She ended the call saying they would get back to me the next day.
Today I got a call from Chris who was "handling my case"
He said that because I played on the same computer and because my card that I used to deposit said DrClutter (the name of my bosses business) he said that my money would not be paid to me, and there was nothing I could do about it.
I will gladly answer any questions, if you have any I created an email just for this sjw08isme@yahoo.com. I will also answer any questions on here. I want them to suffer for doing this to me, if they do this to me, they can do it to you.
he is talking B.S really Maybe i am being naive what would his motives be ??At this point, the OP was just a troll. He came to bitch, he did, and hasn't been back.

what would his motives be ??
Bovada busted him and now he can't cash out so is angry at Bovada.
oh, I see & thank you very much.So he's spreading nasty rumors to try and scare people away from them in retaliation
Thank you for wising me up!He lost money on Bovada maybe.. but legitimately..
or
He wrongfully created multiple accounts and possibly was even cheating built up a BR then Bovada busted him and now he can't cash out so is angry at Bovada.
This is a pretty common theme. As a matter of fact, whenever there is a major dispute like this, it is almost ALWAYS somebody new to a site who runs up a major amount of cash on a crazy heater. Unfortunately, online poker sites aren't regulated - so they don't answer to ANYBODY. In other words, they can let you pull a steve miller and "take the 23,700$ and run" or they can keep the 23,700$ and not even sweat it.
They've banned accounts with a lot less evidence then what they currently have against you. your association with a previous player is dangerous and you learned a tough lesson.
Oh boy am I ever fuked....
I am my own boss, and I have a credit card. So that means I used my bosses credit card.......
are you saying you think they just try to find any old reason to refuse to pay ppl? cuz it seems to me they had a valid reason here.
No, they would prefer the good promo value of being a responsible site than the bad mojo of being welches.
IDK, how much of a dent can one random forum post do when you're profiting $23,000?
Why steal from one person though? It would make a huge dent if they were consistently stealing from players.
Also are they super careful not to steal from long term and trusted forum members on any forum.. Seems like these sites do a good job of stealing from members with ~5 post(s) on the forums.
Exactly, stealing from an unknown (ie: new) player would be much more profitable than one who is well-respected on forums, who has years of online history on other poker sites, etc. For the record I believe this is highly unlikely (esp. considering the extra details in OP) but we've all seen aces cracked how many times?
lmao i wonder if the person that started this thread (sjw08) has even been back to see it after they started it. I find no answers from them from questions ppl have posted. lol funny stuff
It's this dumb, they're pretending he's his boss so they can keep the money. Period.
