How are the US players still sat at my table?

I'm playing on Full Tilt at the moment and three of the six on my table are from the United States. I thought it was blocked, how are they getting on?

They could be people with a US address located outside the US at the time of playing.

I had been able to stay on and playing by not logging out... however, they forced the update this afternoon and now cannot play in real money games
