How to clear my name to play on a legit site??

Hey noob to the action online lately. I'm a pokerstars player retired since the shutdown and stuff.
But I'm blacklisted for making a few accounts on the same site. Can I fix that??

you can't fix that just don't play there anymore so many other sites to play why bother
