How to claim the bounty on ACR Special Freeroll!

How to claim the bounty? From the tournament info, it says please write down the Hand ID in which the knockout was done. But didn't mention where to send it.

Hello, in the tournament lobby at the top right, the information about... so you wait until you scroll to a twich link, I think it's there on the channel. if not, just take the print with the id of the hand and explain to support.

Yes, in the lobby I can find the tournament info.
"The bounty credits will be done manually 24 - 48 hrs, please write down the hand ID in which the knockout was done.

I'm just a bit confused because they were not specific where to send the hand ID info.
They should have provided contact email or mention to contact support.

There is no livechat support on Acr.
Just send it to their support address, that's how I got my bounty

Yes they won't give it to you unless you contact them apparently. I also thought it's done automatically .
You can expect some bs first like the bounties are already paid out or smth... That's why it's very important to have the hand ID .

Yes, just send it to support. I got mine in 2 days, with not problems. I have heard of people having trouble getting it, but in the end, they did get it.

I didn't receive the bounty 4 days already!

ACR response after I follow-up! "The results are being reviewed by the Department in charge. If it applies, the bounty should be paid soon."

Now I started to think that I didn't the get the host on time...
My mistake was I didn't check immediately whether I KO him within the first 5 rebuys! Lesson Learn!

They send me the same and it did work in the end. Think you will recieve it soon :)
