Sorry I haven't got to post very much for a while, but this has been bugging me the past 5 days.
So I figured I'd post it. I've also emailed TP to see if they wanted to reply to this.
I've played at some of the freerolls at Tropical Poker and got a bankroll up to $3.75.
Nothing big but they have .50 sitngo's that are fairy easy until this happened me.
The site software crashed, several times, signed me for sit n go's I didn't even register for.
By the time I could get logged back in my stacks were at 120, 240, and couple of others.
Not impossible to come out of, however very difficult. What the heck I didn't even sign up for these!
Anyways, 3 sit n go' s in a row I caught AA went all in every time and the villan had A rag.
Rag hit trips every time. - I'm still not mad yet.
I did email support telling them the software kept crashing.
That I got signed for sng's, that I didn't even sign up for. And if I could have a refund.

Ok so they're having some server problems no biggie.
Even though I didn't ask about the freerolls.
So I emailed them a little later telling them what happened again.
Their reply,
Thank you for contacting Tropical Poker. We will investigate your account and this situation and if it is necessary we will refund you for those tournaments. We will get back to you with a response as soon as we have finished our investigation. Thank you for your patience!

Two days later I email them again, asking how this investigation is going.
Should not be very difficult with only a couple hundred people on the site.
No reply...A day later again I emailed them with no answer.
Now I'm just being ignored. It is only 3 bucks
5th day nothing, So JP those server issues you've been having for a little while.
That's BS, try since your beta test period. As for your closing saying,
" Wish you were here"- No you don't. Your customer service sucks.
