HighStakes Poker Site: do you know? Are you facing problems there?

I hope you´re well and safe!
I´m writting here to check with you if you know this poker site called HighStakes.
Do you know it?
I have an account there but since several months ago, I can´t play. I have downloaded poker software to my computer, but since last year I´m not able to play there.
I have access to their website, but I can´t do anything else. I tried to send messages to them, update my profile, send proof of identity and address, but I never receive an answer.
Someone else is facing this kind of problem? Do you have any tips to solve this problem?

I've had an account there and money in it for several years. When there was poker, I managed to withdraw something from time to time. When they gave up poker, the contact stopped and the money doesn't pay out. They don't respond to inquiries. Withdrawal instructions are rejected automatically. They give various reasons. Either low gaming activity, or a duplicate account, or the withdrawal method does not suit them. I'm afraid this website is insolvent.
