HELP! How do I select gender in Pokerstars?

My aunt wants to play some pokerstars tournaments that are only for women but she won't let her. I was trying to help her but I couldn't find how to define her gender. Does anyone know how I should do?

When she registered on the site she select gender + as far as I remember you have to verify the profile with some personal document (same as on others poker rooms) - write Pokerstars support...
