In the lobby of the software, go to: Option> Hand History and then "Open Folder"

*The option "Save My Hand Histories" has to be checked

so I have done, but in this folder I do not have any history, And need gaming history that former , and not to be

The software will only archive the history of hands after the above option is checked, all the hands you played before, not archived.

If you go to support and ask them they will usually email your history to you. Not sure if you need to send them an email or if there is a menu option for it or if you can do it on live chat, if they have it, but it should say somewhere in their FAQ.

On most sites anyway, not 100% sure about FTP.
