I have decided to get a GGPoker account and request the 'Up to $100 in free tickets & Cash Game Dollars (C$)' welcome bonus.
I have a few questions I can not get the answers to by reading the T&Cs.

I have a few questions I can not get the answers to by reading the T&Cs.
- 'play All-In or Fold cash tables' for the Cash Game Dollars. Do both Fold and All-In hands qualify as qualify hands for the day's quota of Play X AoF hands or only All-In hands.
- How long would 1000 AoF hands take to play out.
