getting logged out

I just finished playing the Monday night freeroll on every game poker site. while playing I was logged out 4 times. One time I bet folks folded, and boom, I didn't get the pot. Who do I talk to about this?? Every time it happened it said my session had expired.

Who's in charge and who can fix this???!!!!!
