somehow lucked out and won a hat in the raffle, they say my account will be credited with enough ftps to purchase the hat. i have 2 questions, can i use the ftps for something else and if i do take the hat will it effect my rakeback?

LOL, yeah they kinda screwed ya. I'm pretty sure if you buy anything with points it effects your rakeback. It's like $0.0005 per point give or take a decimal point.
