Can't for the life of me remember what email address i used when setting up full tilt years ago could be a problem I am afraid as they may close my account since it is no longer attached to a valid email.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. What do you think if your bank went down the tubes because the CEOs lied and cheated and stole. Where would the money in your accounts end up. Oh sure it might be insured for a 100K but how long will it take you to get it back. Who do you have to apply for to get it back and at what %. Dont laugh its happening right now in Greece. In South Korea.
The bottom rungs get the shaft. The government who is supposed to protect us makes it difficult for us to get what is ours. We wait. We wait. But our trust is gone. Who is fighting for us. PS did the only right thing. They made returning our money a priority. This should be the DOJs.

That's a bummer but not the case here--I have a screenshot dated 6-6-2011 showing my balance of $209 and a current email address.
Hmmm...does anyone have an email support address for the new Full Tilt?

It may be just taking them time to process everyone, and perhaps some people are getting left out of the first batch send.
Still, you'll probably want to send them a line just in case. You may also be able to get some info about the procedure for filing with the DOJ. The current full tilt poker support email address is support@fulltiltpoker.com. I can vouch for this address as I sent an email and got a reply within 24 hours a couple days back -- while it was a canned template response I at least remain hopeful that PokerStar's good record with customer service will be the new standard at the new Full tilt.
