If you would have read the whole thread you could see that this information was already posted.

I redeemed 5000 credits for 5000 points and then turned the points into a good amount of cash by playing the 275ftp Sng where first place gets 12.

I would do that, but I get rakeback and using points detracts from your rakeback, so I would much rather go for the tokens personally.

Playing for points at sites hasn't worked out to well for me. I like the idea of an academy but I'm not too interested in trying to get points.
