Bumping to add my recent FT rakeback experience...

Essentially anybody who signed up via an affiliate will not be able to get rakeback via anyone...Those who went down this route can only hope to receive an email like the OP or change sites

Those with accounts at FT who signed up directly and downloaded via FT will be able to get rakeback on their accounts. You'll just have to hassle them to get it done, but it will happen.

This is not necessarily true. I had written off ever getting rakeback from FT due to an affiliate signup. When I first started playing online, I joined PS and SportsBook. I really didn't have any intention of playing on FT at the time, but was curious to check them out and just signed up with the first affiliate link I came across (knowing nothing about rakeback). Now, FT is almost all I play and I have kicked myself for not seeking out a rakeback deal with them.

A week or so ago, I decided to email FT to ask, figuring all they could do was say no. I explained how much I play there now and how much rake I've been generating, and that although I signed up with an affiliate link, I had never received any bonus or compensation for doing so. I asked that if my affiliate received only a one-time compensation as opposed to ongoing rakeback for my signup, would they please consider qualifying me for rakeback now that a couple years had passed.

To my surprise, they responded that my account was NOT attached to any affiliate! It turns out that affiliate signups must make a deposit within so many days (I think it was 60 days) to preserve the affiliate relationship. Because I was playing with a small BR at the time, distributed between PS and SportsBook, I didn't deposit at FT for a long time. As such, my affiliate relationship was cancelled! They forwarded my info to their official rakeback partner, RakeBackPros, who contacted me to signup with them, which I did yesterday. Today, I got notice that my rakeback status was approved, and there's already over $31 showing in my RB account!

All happened in about a week's time, a pretty impressive turnaround.

If you deposited with an affiliate signup right away, you're probably out of luck. But if you delayed awhile, then contact FT because you may not be tied to an affiliate any longer. I wish I had tried this a year ago, I would have raked in several hundred by now.
