Full Tilt Pop-Up Notices

On full tilt poker is there a way to disable the pop-up notices such as the Rush Poker every time I login, or the box that asks if I want to play another SNG after I have been knocked out?

Yes, just click the box that says never show me this again. It's usually on the bottom left of the pop up.
