Im glad to see that FT is proactive in busting cheaters and thats why I like to play exclusively there. While Full Tilt is cracking down, poker stars is letting cheaters like Justin Bonomo back into their site. KUDOS to Full Tilt!

Full tilt poker sucks!! They steal money from people. Who the heck cares how many accounts you have. Who cares!!! You open up one account and close the other. Move forward!! But No FT has too steal from you if you opened up more then 1 account. Why do they allow you to deposit it??? BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!

Multiple accounts means u can play multiple players simultaneously on one table, which is a big advantage. Imagine playing 4 players on a 6 man cash table. $$$$$$$$$$$$

One thing I can comment on after reading your thread and posts is that you are very suspicious of everything. You wont play ring games because the other players are conspiring against you on their cell phones, you wont play sit and goes because they are all on instant messenger talking about how to beat you, and you think your check was denied because full tilt was "pulling a fast one". You are lucky they let you keep your funds because you clearly broke a rule. Just be patient man, and don't stress out so much and suspect the world is out to get you.

When I first signed up with Fulltilt I deposited $200 in my account. After clearing a portion of the bonus money $20 at a time, I decided to spread my funds around to other sites as well. I requested a withdrawal of $150 and received it - no problem. Have also been to transfer funds with no problem.
However, trying to close out my accounts on other sites is a different story, which I will not bore you with (maybe once I'm done I will let you know of the problems). I am reducing the number of sites I play at and intend on playing only on Fulltilt and pokerstars (mainly because of their downloadable versions for the MAC) - two of the most trusted sites.

Is that where full tilt is run out of costa rica? If you know where I can go to make a complaint then point the way. I feel like there is nothing I can do.

I don't believe Full Tilt is based in Costa Rica. Pokerstars and the Cereus network are, but not Tilt.

I tried to use my old account but to no avail. The password resets did not work and I was ignored by full tilt support when I requested help. I should have taken this as a sign but I was stubborn. So I opened up a new account

It was declined! I checked all information added a simple period after Hwy just in case, and was declined again. I requested a reason as to why and I was ignored. I added the four digit code after the zip code as it appeared on my card just in case and tried again for $400 (the third try) and it sat for a while not being declined. Then I get two e-mails, one saying I had be knocked off their mailing list and a second saying that "multiple account SirJiGGlesWorth has now been closed"

Of course I've written them multiple messages about the old JiGster account but that I have no idea who 798 pipeliner is and I do NOT! This is rediculous! And have they responded at all? NO!!! Not one message.

P.S. Now when I e-mail them pleading my innocence and for them to at least tell me what's going on I don't even get the automated instant replies that they've received my e-mails meaning they've blocked my e-mails. They won't even talk to you over the phone for help other than deposit help. Please people, do not trust full tilt like I did. I was a fool.

In your first post, it's not clear how long you waited for a reply. A week or even 4 days would have been more than reasonable before attempting to open a new account after 2 or 3 years of inactivity.

Frankly, I am shocked at how many people could disbelieve his story, even before I read that it was finally resolved favorably. Why would someone make up such convoluted details with nothing to gain? He was not simply blasting a site (ala Carbon-style), but showed determination to get it resolved, with numerous attempts to FT pleading his case. In light of FT's reply apologizing for their usual customer support delay problems, I'd say some of you owe jiggles an apology.

Sirjiggles, you didn't mention anything about the 789pipeline acct, and there was nothing in FT's email to you about it. Can we assume that that was just a huge error on their part, and they purposely chose to not even address their screw-up?

On a sidenote, have to agree with Dakota and others. It was ridiculous to think 1 of the top 2 poker sites in the world was in the habit of not (ever) cutting checks.

BTW, I'm trying to put together a similar issue that I am only anticipating to have with Full Tilt. I'm hesitant, in hopes to not be greeted by the same skepticism.

OP is from 3 months ago. OPer hasn't been back since. Last post from him said FTP was sorting him out. Thread lock perhaps.
